General Terms and Conditions 1-on-1 Training with Martijn Drijver<\/strong><\/p>\n

When a participating goalkeeper (participant) registers with Drijver Goalie Academy, an agreement is established between Drijver Goalie Academy and the participant. From that moment, the following terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n

1. Registration<\/strong>
\n1.1 Final Registration<\/span>
\n\u2022 Registration is only final after receipt of a 25% deposit of the total participation fee.
\n\u2022 By registering, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

1.2 Invoicing and Payment Terms<\/span>
\n\u2022 After receiving the registration form, Drijver Goalie Academy will send an invoice with the payment method and final payment deadline.
\n\u2022 The registration is finalised once the deposit has been paid.<\/p>\n

2. Payment Terms<\/strong>
\n2.1 Payment Plan<\/span>
\n\u2022 A deposit of 25% of the total participation fee must be paid upon registration.
\n\u2022 Fourteen days before the first training session, the participant will receive an invoice for the remaining 75%, with a payment term of 8 days.<\/p>\n

2.2 Non-Payment<\/span>
\nIf the invoice is not paid within the set deadline, participation may be canceled without the right to a refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n

3. Participant Obligations<\/strong>
\n3.1 Health and Responsibility<\/span>
\n\u2022 The participant must be physically and mentally fit and must report any medical limitations in advance.
\n\u2022 Participation in training at Drijver Goalie Academy is entirely at the participant\u2019s own risk. Drijver Goalie Academy is not liable for any injuries or other damages incurred during or as a result of training.
\n\u2022 Instructions from the trainer must be followed under the participant\u2019s own responsibility.<\/p>\n

4. Safety During Training<\/strong>
\n4.1 Mandatory Goalkeeper Equipment<\/span>
\nThe participant must wear full goalkeeper equipment:
\n\u2714 Helmet
\n\u2714 Body protector
\n\u2714 Elbow guards
\n\u2714 Goalkeeper pants
\n\u2714 Pelvic\/Groin guard (for men and women)
\n\u2714 Legguards, kickers, and hand protectors
\n\u2714 Stick<\/p>\n

4.2 Additional Safety Regulations<\/span>
\n\u2022 Bring a filled water bottle and sunscreen.
\n\u2022 Never train on an empty stomach.<\/p>\n

5. Prices and Costs<\/strong>
\n5.1 Price Changes Drijver Goalie Academy reserves the right to change prices in cases of:<\/span>
\n\u2022 Force majeure
\n\u2022 Exchange rate fluctuations
\n\u2022 Unforeseen cost increases<\/p>\n

6. Liability<\/strong>
\n6.1 Limitation of Liability<\/span>
\n\u2022 Drijver Goalie Academy is not liable for damages, loss, delays, or injuries during training.
\n\u2022 The participant is responsible for their own belongings.<\/p>\n

6.2 No-Show Policy<\/span>
\nIf a participant does not attend training, the full participation fee remains due, and no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n

7. Force Majeure<\/strong>
\n7.1 Suspension or Cancellation Due to Force Majeure<\/span>
\nIn case of force majeure, Drijver Goalie Academy may cancel or reschedule the training without compensation or refund. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
\n\u2022 War and local unrest
\n\u2022 Transport restrictions
\n\u2022 Strikes
\n\u2022 Natural disasters<\/p>\n

8. Weather Conditions<\/strong>
\nDrijver Goalie Academy reserves the right to cancel training in the event of dangerous weather conditions, such as:
\n\u2022 Thunderstorms
\n\u2022 Storms
\n\u2022 Snow
\n\u2022 Ice
\n\u2022 Extreme heat<\/p>\n

In such cases, the training will be rescheduled in consultation with the participant.<\/p>\n

9. Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\n9.1 Cancellation Procedure<\/span>
\nCancellations must be submitted via email to info@drijver.com, stating the reason.<\/p>\n

9.2 Cancellation Fees<\/span>
\n\u2022 Within 7 days after registration: \u20ac 50 administration fee
\n\u2022 Up to 4 weeks before the first training session: 50% of the participation fee
\n\u2022 Within 4 weeks before the first training session: 100% of the participation fee<\/p>\n

10. Code of Conduct and Termination of Training<\/strong>
\n10.1 Code of Conduct<\/span>
\n\u2022 Participants are expected to adhere to applicable standards and guidelines during training.
\n\u2022 If a participant misbehaves, Drijver Goalie Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate participation without a refund.<\/p>\n

10.2 Voluntary Withdrawal from Training<\/span>
\nIf a participant chooses to end the training early, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n

11. Use of Media<\/strong>
\n11.1 Use of Photos and Videos<\/span>
\nDrijver Goalie Academy reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during training for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures).<\/p>\n

11.2 Objection to Use of Media<\/span>
\nParticipants who do not wish to appear in media content must notify Drijver Goalie Academy in writing before registration via info@drijver.com.<\/p>\n

12. Mailing List<\/strong>
\n12.1 Inclusion in Mailing List<\/span>
\nAfter email contact, the participant\u2019s email address is automatically added to the Drijver Goalie Academy mailing list.<\/p>\n

12.2 Unsubscribing<\/span>
\nUnsubscribing is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link in the mailing.<\/p>\n

13. Privacy<\/strong>
\n\u2022 The participant agrees that their data will be stored by Drijver Goalie Academy.
\n\u2022 Drijver Goalie Academy declares that this data will not be shared with third parties or sold, in accordance with privacy laws.<\/p>\n

14. Applicable Law<\/strong>
\n14.1 Dutch Law <\/span>
